Administrative Assistant Plant I – Affirmative Position for People with Disabilities (PwD)

In this role, you will directly support the operations of a wind power plant in Juazeiro, Bahia. Your work ensures that teams have the support they need to operate with agility, safety, and a strong focus on results.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform and monitor administrative routines, ensuring organization and compliance with deadlines within operational areas.
- Support document control, reports, records, administrative entries, and financial processes.
- Assist procurement activities, including supplier contact, quotations, and organization of supporting documentation.
- Control office materials, supplies, and consumables, identifying replenishment needs.
- Provide customer service and support to employees, suppliers, and business partners, ensuring proper follow-up and routing of requests.
- Support the organization of events, meetings, travel arrangements, and team logistics.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, proposing more efficient and agile solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or technical degree in Administration or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures, contract management, and integrated management systems.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet tools.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
- Organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to adapt to diverse demands and dynamic work environments.
- A university degree in Applied Social Sciences, Exact Sciences, or related areas is considered an advantage.

Business Unit: Wind Energy (EOL)
Office located in the Maringá district, inside the Juazeiro City Hall building, 2nd floor.
On-site position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
