3. JOB PURPOSE

 The purpose of the Digital & Data Team Lead is  to lead our data management and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, Data Security, Web Development, Business Analysis, ERP systems (such as SAP/ Maximo) and extensive understanding of OT systems, OS, and application system administration. Experience in Power Generation O&M processes is essential

 

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Digital & Data Team Lead  will focus on:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
    • Design, implement, and maintain databases using SQL.
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all digital platforms.
    • Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain a data governance framework to ensure data quality and compliance.
    • Leverage data analytics to drive business insights and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with various departments to integrate data solutions seamlessly into existing processes.
  • Digital Project Management:
    • Lead and manage digital transformation projects from conception to completion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
    • Effective Change Management.
    • Implement digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
    • Ensure digital projects align with ENGIE's standards and strategic initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital team.

 

 

 

  • Web Development:
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of digital platforms.
    • Work with cross country teams to facilitate convergence of IT systems.

 

    • Work with entities to implement new features and improvements.

 

  • Business Analysis:
    • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Use data analytics to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Develop and present reports on digital performance and business metrics.
    • Manage and optimize ERP systems (SAP/Maximo) to support business operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support power generation O&M processes.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Has acquired Industry recognised Certifications.
  • Proven experience in data management, SQL, and data security.
  • Strong knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.).
  • Have a strong knowledge on Microsoft Technologies, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, etc.
  • VM Maintenance and Management.
  • Networking knowledge, Network+ advantageous.
  • Understanding of Plant OT systems and Networks.
  • Operating System and application system administration.
