Job Overview:
The Management Support – Provides critical support to the Product Manager of Infrastructure by assisting in project coordination, business development efforts, and strategic initiatives. This position involves managing multiple projects, preparing proposals, supporting business development activities, and maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong Technical background in both project management and business strategy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a wide range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Assist the Product Manager of Infrastructure in managing and overseeing various infrastructure projects in kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Out of kingdom ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
- Coordinate project resources, schedules, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Development Support:
- Work closely with the Product Manager of infrastructure on business development activities, including market research, identifying potential business opportunities, and supporting proposal preparation.
- Assist in the development of business proposals, presentations, and other sales materials for new and existing clients.
- Track business leads, client interactions, and follow-ups to ensure smooth communication with potential partners.
- Proposal & Bid Preparation:
- Coordinate and contribute to the development of project bids and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary technical and commercial information for proposals.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between the Product Manager of Infrastructure and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with project stakeholders to ensure that project goals and business opportunities are met effectively.
- Document Management & Reporting:
- Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and financial summaries for executive reviews and client meetings.
- Maintain an organized system for storing project documents, contracts, and business development materials.
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the infrastructure sector.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Operational Support:
- Assist the Product Manager of Infrastructure in the planning and execution of business visits, client meetings, and presentations.

- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel plans.
- Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Manager of infrastructure in any additional tasks, including special projects, events, or initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the infrastructure department.
Key Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Project management, business development, or a similar role within infrastructure or construction sectors.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business development processes
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Preferred:
- Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry
- Familiarity with proposal and bid preparation for large-scale projects
