Work Environment
We are looking for a Junior Business Developer - Internship program to support efficiently the expansion of our activities in Energy. You will participate in the complete business development processes and work closely with the sales & business development team to attain the company sales & BD objectives. You will evolve in an international environment and work in close coordination with other sales & BD teams throughout the company to develop winning tenders for the benefit of the company and our clients.
You will be integrated into the Tractebel Energy community, a worldwide network of Energy specialists keen on sharing their knowledge.
All your missions must be performed with the highest Quality / Safety / Legal / Ethics standards.
Missions
- You will report to the Business Development Specialist.
- Supports the development and implementation of the Company’s growth strategy in new or existing energy market.
- Supports the Business Development Specialist for developing sales targets incorporating stretch growth measurements for the short, medium and long term horizon.
- Ensures opportunities are entered into the Salesforce system and communicated across the internal Tractebel Engie Group.
- Support on Business and Sales administration on Client's internal procurement system
- Initiate the critical thinking on solving the business problem

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Energy related discipline in Mechanical or Electrical.
- Having good leadership and problem solving.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Open-minded and would like to learn any new related matters.
- Fluency in English.
- Working duration: 6 months with potential extension or employee
(depended the KPI and Performance evaluation).
