Maintenance Technician II
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to carry out and organize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on equipment, aiming to ensure the availability and reliability of the Power Plant, in compliance with company standards and current legislation.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the availability, reliability, preservation, and proper functioning of the Power Plant equipment by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, tests, commissioning of new systems, and monitoring contracted maintenance services.
- Support the improvement of maintenance processes through self-development and proposing new ideas, organizing and executing work with quality, following company procedures.
- Restore the operational conditions of the Power Plant equipment to maintain operational reliability through continuous improvement, studies, and suggestions of new ideas applicable to the generation process.
- Maintain technical records of equipment by preparing reports, filling out forms, and updating technical documentation.
- Specify materials, issue purchase requisitions, inspect and receive materials.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Health and safety standards and applicable procedures.
- Human performance program.
- Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email.
- Integrated management system.
- Maintenance management and technical documentation tools and software.
- Procedures, processes, plans, methods, and maintenance techniques, material specification and procurement.
- Writing and public speaking techniques.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and flowcharts.
- Reading and interpreting technical equipment manuals.
- Technical degree in Electrotechnics and/or Electromechanics and/or Electronics, Automation, and Instrumentation. Active CFT registration required.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of speed and voltage regulators.
- Previous experience with hydroelectric plant equipment and systems.
- Category B driver's license.
