Your Mission

As an Invoicing Officer in our Finance team at Tractebel, you play a key role in supporting the financial backbone of our projects. Through your contribution, we ensure that every project is supported by solid financial processes, enabling Tractebel to build a cleaner, more resilient future.

Your key responsibilities

• You follow the project invoicing plans and procedures;
• You resolve issues related to project invoicing procedures implementation;
• You ensure that the financial data in the management system are regularly updated;
• You work in tandem with a Project Controller to monitor project invoicing effectively;
• You review financial data related to accruals / deferred income with Project Controller and are closely involved in the monthly closing exercise;
• You have regular contacts with Project Managers and are involved in training Project Managers in the use of the financial tools made available to them;

We would love to hear from people with  

• Financial background (Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree);
• Very good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel;
• Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of basic financial processes;
• Exposure to invoicing, financial administration or project finance;
