We are currently looking for an #organized, #analytical, and #proactive person, with good communication skills to join our Internal Audit Team, as Internal Auditor. What you will do:
- You will conduct a variety of internal audit missions, aimed at assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, and corporate governance processes.
- You will be involved in:
- the execution of internal audit/consultancy projects, based on assigned responsibilities;
- the reporting process related to internal audit activities (KPIs, action implementation status, etc.);
- reporting activities requested by senior management.
- You will ensure that all audit activities are performed in accordance with International Auditing Standards, applicable legal requirements and ENGIE’s internal policies and procedures.
- You will identify findings, analyze causes and consequences based on risks;
- You will propose actionable recommendations;
- You will contribute to drafting clear and concise audit reports;
- You will participate in closing meetings, led by the internal audit director or mission leader, alongside representatives of the audited entity.
- You will contribute to the development of methodologies specific to internal audit activities within ENGIE.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Higher economic studies completed with a bachelor's degree;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar activity (internal/ external audit/ Internal Control), preferably in Big4 or in multinational companies;
- Native Romanian speaker;
- Fluent Business English skills (writing and speaking),
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio);
- In-depth understanding of business processes;
- High attention to detail;
- Positive and proactive attitude in solving problems;
- High motivation and proactive professional approach, with strong interpersonal skills to deal with various stakeholders at different levels in the Company;
- Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to process owners and senior management;
- Very good presentation skills;
- Continuous improvement mindset and very good analytical and organizational skills, to lead projects and work under strict deadlines.
