What You Can Expect
As our Treasury Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate treasury operations within a dynamic and innovative energy company. We are looking for someone interested in corporate finance, banking, or treasury operations The internship work term will be January 5, 2026 - May 29, 2026, part-time 10-15 hours per week minimum.
You will
- Assist in the review and organization of intercompany cash pooling agreements
- Support the treasury team in responding to internal and external audit requests
- Conduct research and analysis related to banking transactions and account activity
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of fund transfer instructions for weekly cash management meetings
- Compile and distribute monthly reports on non-cash pool accounts
- Review account termination files and assist in the deactivation process of bank accounts
- Monitor and verify stop payment requests and ensure proper documentation
- Support the documentation process for new bank account openings
- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and compliance requests from banking partners
- Participate in periodic KYC refresh initiatives with financial institutions
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
You will report to the Treasury and Finance Senior Advisor
What You’ll Bring
- Currently pursuing a minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Compensation
Hourly Range: $22.50 to $28.50 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
