Market Analysis is an Expertise Center within S&EM and more in particular within the Operational Area Energy Management, with the mission to support ENGIE in succeeding the energy transition, thanks to advanced knowledge

Market Analysis delivers a broad spectrum of services related to energy markets including price forecasting, supply and demand analysis, weather and climate analysis, asset valuation, strategic studies, environmental economics, as well as regulation & market design

Market Analysis expertise covers power and all gases from the short-term up to the long-term horizon for all core markets of ENGIE. It aims to develop state of the art methodologies to anticipate the challenges of the energy transition

Principales activités : 

Au sein du centre d’expertise Market Analysis et de l’équipe dédiée à la production d’analyse et de recherche économique à destination des clients professionnels de S&EM, vous :

• assurerez le maintien des automates de récupération et d’analyse des données des marchés de l’énergie (pétrole, gaz, électricité, CO2 et transition énergétique)
• contribuerez à la production des rapports et commentaires de marché envoyés aux clients
• contribuerez à la mise en place et au maintien des outils d’intelligence artificielle générative de la plateforme EnergyScan (https://energyscan.engie.com)

Profil: 

• Le niveau d’études et le domaine : BAC+5, Master 2 en école d’ingénieur ou université 

• Savoir-être :  

• Bonne capacité de communication  

• Autonomie 

• Rigueur 

• Fort intérêt pour les sujets macro-économiques et énergétiques 

• Compétences techniques : 

• Maîtrise de Python 

• Expérience dans le développement d’outils de récolte, de traitement et d’analyse de données de marchés 

• Connaissance du secteur de l’énergie
• Connaissances en prompt engineering
