Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) team in monitoring and maintaining Utilities Plants and Facilities (UPF), including Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) equipment and associated systems.
• Support routine inspections, preventive maintenance activities, and troubleshooting of M&E systems to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Participate in site visits and gain exposure to utilities systems such as HVAC, chilled water, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, compressed air systems, thermal energy systems, and SCADA monitoring systems.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, maintenance records, reports, and service performance data for internal and customer reporting purposes.
• Support the team in tracking maintenance schedules, work orders, equipment performance, and service level requirements.
• Learn and apply Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, company procedures, and statutory regulations during daily operations.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvements, energy efficiency initiatives, and process optimization projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and technicians to support day-to-day operational activities and project assignments.

Skills & Experience:

• Currently studying a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Keen interest in Operation & Maintenance, Facilities Management, Utilities Systems, and Industrial Services.
• Basic understanding of Mechanical & Electrical systems, HVAC, chilled water systems, compressed air systems, instrumentation, or SCADA systems would be an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical learning abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a dynamic working environment.
