What You Can Expect
As our Sales Support Analyst Intern, you will help manage the setup and preparation of retail electricity and natural gas bids using our internal sales tools. You will work closely with ENGIE Resources sales teams, customers, and brokers to gather accurate pricing information and support the completion of contract requirement. This position sits in Houston, TX reporting to Sales Manager
- Proactively manage pricing requests from partners and direct sales in all Engie Resources services areas relying on organizational skills to properly prioritize and insure complete & accurate setup for on time delivery of pricing proposals
- Research and assist in the resolution of channel conflicts between affected parties
- Assist Engie Resources sales team in maintaining the accuracy and data quality in the internal CRM system
What You’ll Bring
- You are at least a Junior Undergraduate Student an is currently working toward a bachelor’s degree
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and are goal oriented
- You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently without assistance from your supervisor
- Assist with the opportunity setup process for each pricing request by using our internal CRM system and related databases and tools. Your work helps the Sales Team prepare and deliver timely bid responses.
- You have proficiency with standard office software packages
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy with a minimum of three (3) days working in office if you are based in Houston, TX
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Hourly Range: $21.00- $34.00 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
