Role Description:
As an intern in the Partnerships team, you will support the development of joint ventures and strategic collaborations, with a focus on the cooling industry in Malaysia. Whether you're from a commercial or engineering background, this role offers hands-on exposure to business development, project operations, and market strategy
Responsibilities:
- Understand the cooling business landscape in Malaysia, including market players, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends.
- Assist in business analysis using Excel and PowerPoint—e.g., evaluating business performance, cost models, and preparing presentation decks.
- Gain insight into the business model, covering aspects of project management and operations.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and potential strategic partners.
- Support the drafting of commercial proposals and internal discussion materials.
- Assist in interpreting building schematic drawings and technical layouts. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus, but not mandatory. (For Engineering students)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Engineering or related disciplines
- Effective communication skills.
- Detailed oriented, fast learner, able to multi task
- Comfortable with data, presentations, and technical/business concepts.
- Eager to learn, resourceful, and proactive in asking questions or sharing ideas.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Minimum 3-6 months internship in Business Development Department.
