Implementation Contracts Analyst III

You will play an essential role in this journey, ensuring that our implementation projects progress safely, efficiently, and in full compliance.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage material and service contracts, ensuring financial and document control as well as compliance with applicable legislation.
- Initiate and monitor payment processes, contributing to the fulfillment of contractual deadlines.
- Conduct formal and informal quotations based on technical specifications provided by project teams.
- Provide financial information and budget forecasts to stakeholders when requested.
- Support the project manager and project team with contractual information that contributes to strategic decision-making.
- Identify overlaps and interfaces between the scopes of different contracts and anticipate contractual risks.
- Participate in the negotiation of claims, contract amendments, and main contracts alongside the new business development teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Law.
- A postgraduate degree in Project Management is considered a valued asset.
- Advanced experience in contract management and strong proficiency in office productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations, and email).
- Intermediate knowledge of contract law, negotiation techniques, taxation, and contractual risk management.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of energy infrastructure projects, such as power transmission and generation, is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, autonomy, assertiveness, and solid negotiation abilities.
