As our Transaction Analyst II, you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting a team that operates under tight deadlines and directly impacts the organization’s profit and loss outcomes. This team plays a key role in managing our corporate enrollment guarantee, ensuring a seamless transition for risk-averse customers to and from other suppliers—a process that can significantly influence future business opportunities. This position is based in Houston, TX, and reports to the Business Operations Advisor

 

  • Organize and analyze transaction data using CRM and reporting systems
  • Manage customer account registrations and terminations via EDI enrollment/drop transactions
  • Resolve transaction issues using tools like SharePoint, Oracle, Excel, Access, PowerBI, and Teams
  • Track and address issues through CRM and external systems (MarkeTrak, Adminitrak, )
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issue reports and workflows
  • Maintain SLAs for inbox management and critical outage/usage issues to support sales, billing, and forecasting
  • Set clear expectations for stakeholders throughout the process

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • A minimum of two (2) years’ of relevant work experience in processing of Utility Market Transactions in Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) , Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland Interconnection (PJM), New York Independent System Operator (NYISO),  Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), and/or Independent System Operator New England (ISO-NE)
  • You are a self-starter and self-moderator with strong analytical skills
  • You have excellent problem-solving abilities and extensive transaction experience
  • You possess subject matter expertise in utilities across regions
  • You work well under pressure and can manage multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy requiring a minimum of 3 days at an ENGIE office
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $62,400 – $87,150 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
