Program Manager

What You Can Expect

As the Program Manager in Houston, Texas  for ENGIE FlexGen (Flexible Generation including Storage, Thermal, and Hydrogen) North America you will be assisting in the coordination and management of a cross-functional technical group. Every day, you will report to the Chief Technical Officer and work alongside other managers to coordinate, track and report on activities internal to the group as well as with groups external to the engineering team. The program manager will be a representative of the engineering team to other groups within ENGIE.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field of study or equivalent certification with five (5) years of working experience in program or project management
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in software development program management
• Familiarity with software development tracking tools such as DevOps, Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Experience interfacing with customers in developing marketing requirements and translating to software product requirements and relaying it on the product roadmap
• Expert in maintaining Product Roadmaps (short-term and long-term), timelines and setting expectations when functionality is released

• This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE’s policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing 
• Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies 
• Occasional Travel may be required

Compensation

Salary Range: $112,00 – $172,500 USD annually

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
