What You Can Expect

As the Procore Administrator, based in Houston, TX, you will be the primary manager of the Business unit’s Procore software platform, responsible for coordination with the Business Unit’s central Procore team, setup of new projects within Procore, and management of users and user profiles in support of the Project Delivery team’s projects.

 

Reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO) Leader, your primary duties encompass:

  • Administers Procore for Flexible Generation Business Unit (FGBU) North America and the Project Delivery team in support of all projects
  • Ensures all projects are properly established in Procore, coordinating with the Business Unit’s central Procore team and the Project Manager to ensure proper project establishment
  • Supports the Project Delivery teams performance by defining roles within Procore; Ensures projects and users are added as needed to Procore
  • Coordinates and liaises with ENGIE’s and the Business Unit’s Industrial Project Oversight, Investment Oversight, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, and other functional teams to design dashboards, reports, and other functionality within/using Procore
  • Develops and provides appropriate Procore training for Project Teams and users supported by the BU’s Central Team and Procore resources
  • Serves as the first point of contact and support for project teams and users in resolving Procore issues; coordinates support and ensures issues are resolved
  • Facilitates the overall adoption and improvement of Procore within FGBU North America, including development of process improvements, software upgrades, and the integration of lessons learned
  • Carries out other duties as assigned

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in information and data management, engineering or related technical discipline required
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience of professional software related role
  • A solid competency in Procore or similar project management/document management software application
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, and Procore
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively alone and as a member of a multi-discipline team
  • The ability to be flexible and adjust to changing business and project conditions

  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
  • An ability to exhibit flexibility which may require late night and/or weekend attention to address project related issues

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $62,400 – $103,600 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
