What You Can Expect
We are seeking a Partnership Management Analyst II to join our Houston or Chicago office. This role focuses on performance reporting for joint ventures, analyzing both operational and financial project outcomes. The analyst will develop reporting tools, track key metrics, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Additionally, they will support partnership-related activities to enhance efficiency and transparency. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in financial and operational performance analysis.
- Develop a strong understanding of partnership reporting requirements, key metrics, and budgetary compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address partner inquiries, ensure accurate reporting, and distribute timely monthly reports.
- Utilize Excel, Salesforce, and project management tools to track and analyze financial and operational data.
- Serve as the partner’s internal advocate, coordinating with internal teams and supporting new projects as partnerships expand.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree a plus or comparable technical knowledge through demonstrated work experience, with focus in Business Economics, Business Administration or Finance preferred -
- Minimum 2 years of exposure to general accounting reporting, partnerships or customer relationships, and/or contract review experience
- Energy industry experience, preferably in renewable or solar energy a plus
- Develop a strong understanding of partnership reporting requirements, key metrics, and budgetary compliance.
