What You Can Expect

The Land Coordinator supports the ongoing operations of ENA’s renewable development team, specifically the land team through analyzing land related activities and special projects. This individual is timely, consistent, reliable and has a positive approach to their work.    

 

  • Strong understanding of Real Estate chain of title
  • Work closely with land agents and in-house legal team to research and organize land related document preparation
  • Work closely with land agents and in-house legal team to facilitate land documents
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately for multiple projects
  • Process and track multiple task list for multiple projects
  • Work with land agents, project manager and in-house marketing team for all Landowner communications
  • Perform data entry and utilize inhouse software Green IT for land projects

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of two years experience in an administrative/coordinator role

  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and manages time efficiently, handling multiple assignments accurately and on time
  • Consistent and reliable, able to shift priorities with minimal notice while maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to help others
  • Communicates effectively both written and verbally, ensuring understanding of assignments and proactively addressing any adjustments needed to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Green IT, and Outlook, utilizing these tools to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight, while also promoting a collaborative and supportive office environment

Compensation

Salary Range:  $23.66 - $36.22 USD hourly

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
