What You Can Expect

As a Utility-Scale Renewables Site Design Intern, you will have an opportunity to gain site design skills, exposure to current renewable energy policy, and understand wind and solar project development. You will work directly with ENGIE site design professionals to provide support for the growing portfolio of grid-scale projects in North America. You will support utility-scale designs using AutoCAD and other software. Additionally, you will learn how to support verifications of site design criteria and prepare design inputs and constraints.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in civil, electrical, mechanical or other related engineering programs, or a graduate student with experience in a closely related field
  • You are proficient in AutoCAD
  • You possess strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to think analytically
  • You are capable of presenting ideas professionally

 

 

Additional Details

  • The duration of this internship will be from May 2024 to August 2024
  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $21.00 – $34.00 USD hourly

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
