What You Can Expect
As our Integration & Transformation Project Management Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a variety of projects, including post-acquisition integrations for companies acquired by ENGIE North America, divestitures, and internal transformation initiatives. You will serve as a key liaison both internally and externally, collaborating with leadership and team members to establish guiding principles, goals, objectives, and business priorities to ensure successful project execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization. This position is based in Houston, TX, and reports to the Head of Integration & Transformation.
- Support Cross-Functional Projects: Assist project teams and steering committees through integration, divestiture, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities
- Financial Process Management: Help manage financial and business processes, ensuring compliance with accounting rules, and supporting procedural controls across projects
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership to define and communicate strategic objectives, coordinating comprehensive project plans, execution, and KPI tracking
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving risks and challenges during project execution, ensuring timely mitigation
- Budget and Performance Tracking: Track and report on budgets, costs, synergies, and other key metrics to leadership and the Project Steering Committee
- Best Practices Implementation: Implement and continuously improve project processes, tools, and best practices from the NORAM and Group IMO office, while staying updated on industry trends and innovations
What You’ll Bring

You hold a Bachelor in Business, or engineering with experience in managing projects with IT scope or related field
- A minimum seven (7) years of relevant work experience or related field
- You are well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive mindset
- You have strong interpersonal communication skills and project management experience, including integration processes
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and have knowledge of MS PowerBI
- You have experience in project planning, scheduling, task tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
- You have knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, MD365, and digital finance applications, with experience interfacing with IT teams
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 10%
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range: $112,000 – $157,500 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus.
