What You Can Expect

As part of a collaborative team, the Data Validation Specialist will ensure the accuracy of information entered into the internal system. This includes double-checking, verifying, and supplementing customer profile data. Will also identify opportunities, propose solutions, and generate actionable insights to support the customer care function.

  • Process and validate documents to support daily operations, ensuring their accuracy through thorough review.
  • Collaborate with team members on data validation, identifying needs, and presenting opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Derive insights from document analysis when necessary, and communicate updates and corrections as required.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service in all internal and external interactions. Additionally, support new initiatives by coordinating with various internal functional groups as needed.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum two years of data entry experience or administration
  • Minimum two years of Customer Service Related
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & Salesforce
