Contract Analyst II

As a Contracts Management Analyst II, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Contracts Management Team with the processing and filing of executed contracts, document control related to executed contracts, assisting Flexible Generation (FlexGen) Business Unit and it’s transversal support teams with data room management, creation of requisitions and input into invoice approval process. The Analyst II position will also assist the Contracts Management Team with contract negotiations as needed to support workload distribution.   The Analyst II will also work closely with Procurement team members to ensure that projects are properly contracted in compliance with procurement policies and ethics charter, and that all relevant documentation is filed within the Procurement platforms as needed. Additionally, you will manage the contract template library documentation, following the instruction of the head of the Contracts Management team to incorporate policy requirements and formalize an annual update process to incporporate policy revisions and lessons learned.

 

What You’ll Bring

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in contract management for industrial projects or developments

A background in contract development and/or contract administration, including an understanding of procurement procedures

Prepare final contract, award letter and Notice to Proceed as appropriate

Prepare project close-out documentation using Provisional Acceptance and Final Acceptance contract documentation

Compensation

Salary Range: $74,500 – $114,195 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
