Responsibilities
- Adapt and implement the HR roadmap for the Country, integrating Group strategy with local activities across all HR domains.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives, offering strategic advice to empower leaders through transformation initiatives.
- Lead the HR Business Partner, Social Relations, and HR Operations teams, ensuring cost-effective, best-in-class service delivery.
- Drive social relations and foster a positive environment for dialogue, ensuring legal compliance and effective contract negotiations.
- Leverage HR analytics, digital tools, and automation to enhance decision-making and provide predictive insights for strategic initiatives.
- Champion ethics and compliance, participating in local ethics committees and upholding ENGIE's standards of integrity.
- Support the Country Manager in driving change towards One ENGIE, leading transformation that fosters engagement and a performance-oriented HR culture.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience in multinational, matrixed organizations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Sector experience in energy, utilities, or industry.
- Advanced expertise in HR analytics, digital workflows, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of social relations, labor law, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to lead change, develop talent, and drive organizational transformation.
- Business proficiency in English with excellent communication and influencing skills.
