Purpose of the Role
The Head of HR Operations is responsible for designing and driving the implementation of the HR administration strategy. This role will oversee Payroll, Hiring, Benefits management and HR HelpDesk, ensuring that these functions are aligned with best-class employers, scalable and seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Demonstrate strong vision and leadership skills, inspiring and motivating the team, setting clear goals and providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.
- Ensure alignment of HR operations with the employee-centric strategic goals of the organization.
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve HR governance and processes, focusing on efficiency, standardization and automation.
- Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for HR services.
- Ensure data accuracy in all HR systems.
- Customer Focus:
- Design and implement demand channeling platform to ensure that HR services meet the needs and expectations of internal customers.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. A Master's / Postgraduate degree in Business or Labour Law is preferred.
- Experience:
- 10 years+ leading HR Operations teams in matrixed, large corporations.
- Proven experience in designing and leading HR transformation projects.
- Skills:
- Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to understand and meet the needs of internal customers.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Digital-savvy professional with future-thinking mindset.
- Spanish labour law in-depth knowledge.
- Spanish C2 and English C1 level.
