• Sales /Proposal Jr. Expert - Water Resources/ Hydropower

Job location:

• Gurgaon, INDIA

Reporting Lines:

• Water business & to work upon assignments for Water Resources/ Hydropower / Pumped Storage Projects.

Your Job function:

• Identification and targeting new Business opportunities/Potential Tenders.
• Complete End-to-End Bid/Proposal Management (Bidding / Tender Management) – Preparation of EOI, Proposal Forms/formats, development of experts CVs, inter-departmental coordination & all support activities to meet the compliance requirements.
• Leading project, finalizing bidding strategy including finalizing partners/sub-consultant, proposal planning, bid clarifications, proposal methodology, estimation, pricing, Management approval.
• Conducting Client, Competitor and market research and analysis.
• Bidding support to various internal Group entities worldwide and various business areas in India.
• Handling Post bid activities such as Presentation, bid clarifications, follow-up up to contract signature.
• Extending supporting project manager during execution stage till successful completion and generating variation orders for the additional scope.
• Leading the proposal writing, development, and team management of strategic efforts.
• Preparation of various MIS reports on prospection, business booking, business forecast and close coordination with senior management.

Your profile:

• Minimum Degree/ Diploma in any Engineering discipline / Management Studies from a reputed institute with minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Business Planning (business growth/ bid strategies/ market intelligence).
• Exploring the Partnership with various bids.
• Responsible for end-to-end bid process management and support including identifying clients, presenting capabilities, responding to EOI/RFQ/Tenders etc.
• Worked on an Engineering Consultancy projects in the arenas of Water Resources, Flood Management, Irrigation, Hydrology, Hydropower/pumped storage projects etc, is preferable.

Special Attributes:

• Technical background and understand and with sound knowledge of the tender publication background especially in consultancy service;
• Excellent communication in speaking and writing of English;
• Commercial skills; well-mannered and convincing attitude;
• Excellent presentation skills; and
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint applications.
• Shall be able to work independently with good analytical ability.
