Qualification: M.Tech/M.E. in Structural Engineering

Role Summary:
The PGET – Structures will support the design and analysis of structural systems for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The role involves assisting senior engineers in structural calculations, modeling, design documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete structures under supervision.
• Develop structural models and design calculations using engineering software.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant national and international design codes and standards.
• Support design optimization, quality checks, and technical reviews.
• Assist in resolving structural engineering issues during design and execution phases.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of structural analysis, reinforced concrete, and steel design.
• Familiarity with structural engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, or SAP2000.
• Knowledge of IS, Eurocode, ACI, or other relevant design standards.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
