Senior Executive – Sales

Your Job function

Business Development

• Prepare and submit annual business plan, strategies and action plans.
• Responsible for new market development, generation/ identification of business opportunities (RFQ to Commissioning) in global as well domestic market.
• Regular presentation to update the management regarding available business opportunities and forthcoming opportunities in the target business segment and geography.
• Responsible for preparation of competitive bids & techno commercial contracts to participate and win tenders.

Tendering

• Identify tender opportunities in the market and participate in tenders
• Responsible for precise Cost Estimation, most competitive Cost estimation and finalization of overall tender costing. Taking management approvals at various stages during tender preparation and cost finalization till submission.
• Arrange strategic tie-up / Consortium/ JV with companies for specific projects
• Identify, Analysis, highlight potential risks and work out mitigation plans
• Pre and Post Tender customer discussions, Due diligence, competition Mapping,
• Coordination/ Liaison with selling agents/ contractors, Techno Commercial evaluations of Contracts, Contract negotiations, finalization, contract signing and pre-project execution processes.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• At least 6+ years of relevant professional experience .
• Significant experience in team management.
