We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer to join our growing team in Gurgaon and help deliver impactful renewable energy projects across India and beyond.

 

 

- Lead electrical design for solar and wind power projects, covering both DC and AC systems.

- Develop General Arrangement Layouts, cable routing, earthing, lightning protection, and inverter station designs.

- Conduct electrical calculations and studies, including cable sizing, battery sizing, short circuit, and load flow analysis.

- Support pre-bid engineering, Owner's Engineering, and detailed engineering design activities.

- Prepare techno-commercial feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports, and Energy Yield Assessments independently.

- Use simulation tools such as PVsyst and SAM to model and validate solar energy yield.

- Collaborate with national and international project teams across Basic, Detailed, Owner's, and Lender's Engineering scopes.

 

 

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is essential; a Master's in Renewable Energy or Energy Systems is preferred.

- 12+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry, ideally in an engineering consulting environment.

- Strong knowledge of solar PV plant design, electrical standards, and guidelines from IS, IEC, IEEE, CEA, CERC, and MNRE.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

- Experience with wind power projects and battery storage concepts is a valuable advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for technical reporting and documentation.

- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across geographically distributed teams.
