    Your Job functions

As an Electrical Design Engineer for our Infrastructure Projects, you will focus on the design and analysis of electrical infrastructure for simple and complex projects including substations, Service lines, underground cabling, and utility distribution networks. The works will also involve design and engineering of electrical systems of buildings, external infrastructure.  The role includes detailed engineering, DPR preparation, and power system studies for both national and international projects..

    Key Responsibilities:

     Electrical Design & System Engineering:

     Develop detailed electrical system designs for building projects, including power distribution, lighting, earthing, ELV systems, cable sizing, and protection schemes.

• Prepare design deliverables such as SLDs, layout drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and calculation reports.
• Perform load calculations, short‑circuit studies, and lighting simulations using standard software/tools.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Indian and international standards (NBC, IS codes, IEC, ECBC, local utility norms).
• Coordinate with Architecture, Mechanical, and Structural teams to resolve design interfaces and ensure seamless integration.
• Support BIM modeling teams in developing Revit-based electrical layouts and resolving clashes.
• Review vendor submissions, perform technical evaluations, and assist in selecting appropriate electrical equipment.
• Provide support during tendering, construction, and commissioning stages, including responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings.

    Your profile

• B.E./M.E./ in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 + years in power system design & infrastructure consulting.
•  Strong in codes/standards and automation tools.
•  Experienced in government and donor-funded projects.

   Special Attributes

• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write and prepare reports related to tasks performed.
• Able to work independently with good analytical ability.
• Hands on knowledge of software’s and coordination with BIM platform.
