- Lead the structural design of substation structures up to 220 kV and above using STAAD.Pro.

- Develop civil and structural designs for equipment foundations, control buildings, and support structures.

- Prepare structural drawings, design calculations, and technical specifications for substation projects.

- Review and validate designs from internal teams and external vendors for code compliance.

- Design pile-type and conventional foundations for substation structures.

- Guide and mentor a team of engineers on civil design deliverables across multidisciplinary projects.

- Represent Tractebel in technical discussions with clients and provide expert structural guidance.

 

 

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Energy Studies is preferred.

- 15 or more years of experience in civil and structural design of substations.

- Strong proficiency in STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design.

- Working knowledge of IS, BS, or IEC standards for substation structures.

- Familiarity with PLS Tower or PLS CADD is an advantage.

- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in professional project environments.
