What You Can Expect

In this role you will manage the setup and preparation of retail electricity pricing requests through internal sales management tools. You will work closely with sales personnel, customers, and channel partners to gather accurate pricing and contract execution requirements, prioritize requests, and help ensure proposals are delivered on time. Day to day, you will create opportunities in the internal CRM, verify customer and account information, support pre-deal activities, and communicate revisions or issues to the appropriate business partners. Your work will contribute to a consistent customer and partner experience while supporting customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Proactively manage pricing requests from channel partners and direct sales across ENGIE Resources service areas, ensuring complete and accurate setup for timely proposal delivery.
  • Complete opportunity setup for each pricing request using the internal CRM and applicable databases and tools.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel, customers, brokers, and internal business units to confirm legal contracting entities, account numbers, prioritization, revisions, and contract execution requirements.
  • Research and assist with resolving channel conflicts between affected parties.
  • Support CRM data accuracy, pre-deal sales activities, and credit approval submissions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and perform other duties as assigned

 

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or Associate degree.
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to learn business processes, new products, internal systems, and applicable databases and tools quickly.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as an effective team member in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple pricing requests and related assignments on time with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
