This is a CONTRACT POSITION.

  • Pay Rate: $28.00/hr.

What You Can Expect

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable contractor to assist with the processing, data entry, and validation of tax exemption certificates. This role involves working through structured lists of data, entering and verifying information in spreadsheets, and supporting the broader tax compliance and revenue assurance functions.

 

  • Review and process tax exemption certificates submitted by customers.
  • Accurately enter certificate details into designated spreadsheets or databases.
  • Validate certificate data against internal records and compliance requirements.
  • Flag incomplete or invalid certificates and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of processed certificates and data logs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform quality checks on entered data to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Assist with ad hoc data cleanup and reporting tasks as required.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years experience
  • Prior experience in tax compliance, revenue assurance, or related fields
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment
