What You Can Expect

As our Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Project Manager Lead for BroadView EMS, you will operate within a cross-functional team dedicated to the development and scaling of ENGIE’s new internal EMS business, BroadView. In this dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, you will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, reporting, and managing key projects and initiatives. You will serve as a primary liaison between the BroadView EMS team and other internal stakeholders across ENGIE, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and project milestones. Additionally, you will oversee scheduling and resource coordination to support the successful delivery of BroadView EMS initiatives. This position is based in Houston, TX and reports to the Vice President, Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in a project management capacity. In lieu of a four-year degree, you should hold a recognized project management certification and have at least seven (7) years of relevant experience demonstrating a strong understanding of project management principles and practices
  • You are experienced in managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners, including vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
  • You have hands-on experience using project management tools and working in agile environments, including facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • You are knowledgeable in coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, and operations to drive successful project outcomes
  • You have direct experience in energy storage or renewable energy projects
  • You are comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-moving environments with minimal structure
  • You have a strong drive for innovation and entrepreneurial thinking to support the growth of new business initiatives

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; in office three (3) days a week
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $99,000 – $151,800 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan
