What You Can Expect

As our Project Management II, you will be the primary manager of the Business unit’s Procore software platform, responsible for coordination with the Business Unit’s central Procore team, setup of new projects within Procore, and management of users and user profiles in support of the Networks team’s projects.

 

This role will be working on coordination of Project Management Tools and Methods which will include but not be limited to scheduling, cost control, change management evaluation or follow-up. You will report to the Neptune Project Director.

You will:

 

  • Administer Procore for NGBU North America team in support of all projects
  • Ensure all projects are properly established in Procore, coordinating with the Business Unit’s central Procore team and the Project Director to do so
  • Support the Project performance by defining roles within Procore; Ensure projects and users are added as needed to Procore
  • Coordinates and liaises with ENGIE’s and the Business Unit’s Project Oversight, Procore Community, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, and other functional teams to design dashboards, reports, and other functionality within/using Procore
  • Develop and provide appropriate Procore training for Project Teams and users supported by the BU’s Central Team and Procore resources
  • Serve as the first point of contact and support for project teams and users in resolving Procore issues; coordinate support and ensure issues are resolved
  • Facilitate the overall adoption and improvement of Procore within NGBU North America, including development of process and software improvements and lessons learned
  • Develop data management solutions in relation to Project Financial Controls and Project Scheduling efforts
  • Perform Project Scheduling for determined scope of the project
  • Assist Project Managers with preparation of a delivery plan (including schedule) for specific projects considering safety, health, environmental, permit, commercial, design, contracting and construction requirements 
  • Help the Project Manager track the project budget to enable accurate cost tracking and forecasting of project costs
  • Assist the Project Manager by ensuring that all ENGIE safety requirements are properly included in project documents and plans 
  • Assist with project stakeholder communications including periodic reporting and change management and communication
  • Assist with review and approvals of project invoices and expenses to assure contract payments are processed for timely payment with proper cost account coding
  • Help monitor project cash flow requirements to properly schedule project funding requirements for internal or third-party financial participation
  • Help measure project performance relying on KPI’s for engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and start-up to report monthly, identifying variances and taking corrective actions to achieve project objectives
  • Control the project scope and delivery plan developing appropriate change requests for approval by applicable stakeholders
  • Close all supplier contracts associated with the project delivery including settlement of claims with support from assigned Contract Management staff
  • Comply with N-GBU governance and processes in Project implementation, methodology and tools, and assigned trainings

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information and data management, engineering or related technical discipline
  • At least five (5) years of work experience

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 5% of the time
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
  • Interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively alone and as a member of a multi-discipline team
  • The ability to be flexible and adjust to changing business and project conditions
  • A solid competency in Procore administration
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Procore
  • An ability to exhibit flexibility which may require late night and/or weekend attention to address project related issues
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy

 

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $93,240 – $124,215 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
