As the PMO/Process Improvement Senior Advisor, you will be a key contributor to this mission, leading and supporting diverse, high-impact initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Process Improvement/PMO Activities: Lead and oversee project progress and initiatives, playing a key role in defining, implementing, and evolving robust project and portfolio management methodologies, processes, and tools. Develop insightful dashboards and comprehensive reporting for all stakeholders
Continuous Process & Tool Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to enhance business and cross-functional processes and tools, driving greater value for the organization
Advisory & Training: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding teams on Process Improvement/PMO best practices, agile methodologies, and tools. Promote knowledge sharing and skill development across the organization
Strategic Foresight: Stay current with advancements in Process Improvement/PMO, Lean, and Agile methodologies, and proactively recommend innovative approaches to improve project outcomes and ways of working
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field of study with a strong foundation in project management and organizational effectiveness
Minimum of 10 years in a Process Improvement/PMO, Organizational Consulting, or Project Management role, ideally within complex or transformational settings
Methodology & Tools Expertise: Deep knowledge of project management methodologies with expert proficiency in Agile and/or Lean principles. Relevant certifications Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), PRojects IN Controlled Environments (Prince2), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe Agilist) and strong command of PMO tools are highly valued
Strategic & Adaptive Leader: Proven ability to solve complex problems, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and drive results independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset, build strong working relationships, and contribute effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Effective Communicator & Influencer: Skilled in engaging diverse stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and building consensus to advance strategic initiatives
Additional Details
This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
Must be available to travel domestically up to 20% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range: $113,900 – $174,570 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
