  • Lead bid strategies and proposal development, including evaluating RFPs, preparing presentations, managing competitive analyses, and participating in procurement processes.
  • Negotiate deal structures and contract terms, driving transactions from initial engagement through internal approvals and final execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ENGIE’s development, delivery, and commercial teams to align customer needs with project attributes and ensure a seamless sales process
  • Stay informed on market trends and play an active role in shaping regional strategy and broader business planning effort

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree, where you gained a strong foundation in critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving skills essential for evaluating opportunities, supporting strategic decisions, and driving business outcomes
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the energy industry, with a strong preference for experience in renewable energy, and at least 3 years of direct experience in power origination, ideally focused on renewable power
  • You have a strong track record in the clean energy sector, securing long-term power sale agreements with utilities and corporate customers
  • You are knowledgeable in electric utility markets, RTO operations, transmission systems, and renewable generation and storage technologies
  • You hold excellent sales, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to structure, coordinate, and execute complex power sale agreements
  • You are a results-oriented professional with superior communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive both independently and within cross-functional teams
  • You are a collaborative team player with a “team-first” mindset, capable of preparing compelling marketing and proposal materials to support customer engagement
