What You Can Expect
As a Partnership Management Analyst II, you will support the Partnership Management team, reporting to the Senior Advisor. This role will assist in managing relationships with our partners across a portfolio of renewable generation assets, including utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage facilities – ensuring compliance with partnership agreements, and supporting performance reporting, collaboration, and documentation.
The Partnership Management Analyst II will assist with multiple partner portfolios, spanning across different regions and technologies. This role requires an understanding of partnership, commercial, land and other relevant agreements related to our generation business. You will be a proactive problem solver with good analytical and organizational skills, with a special focus on process improvement, efficiencies and automation in managing our obligations to our partners. This individual will possess or will develop a technical understanding of wind, solar and BESS assets.
Every day in this role you will be responsible for:
- Partnership Compliance: Ensure compliance with partnership agreements including timely deliverables, adherence to contractual limits, and seeking partner consent for partnership decisions and actions when required
- Partnership Reporting: Contribute to the delivery of timely and accurate reports to partners, including yearly budgets, board meeting materials, and monthly operating reports
- Partnership Collaboration: Collaborate with partners and ENGIE stakeholders in optimizing asset performance and management of partnership obligations
- Document Management: Administration of partnership documentation requirements and document retention
- Process Improvement: Focus on making our operations more efficient and automating tasks where possible
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar technical or analytics-based program, and with a minimum two (2) years of relevant energy industry experience
- Experience with the electricity market structure and Independent System Operators (ISOs) protocols is a plus, experience in the interpretation and management of complex commercial and partnership agreements
- Knowledge in P&L management and accounting principles
- Effective collaboration and project management skills for cross-organizational and partner coordination
- An ability to operate effectively under the pressure of deadlines and competing priorities
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Excel, and working with dashboards and database software (PowerBI, SQL, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen desire to advance the adoption and deployment of renewable energy solutions across North America
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 20% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range: $61,400 – $94,070 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
