What You Can Expect
As our Marketing Program Manager, you will serve as a key strategic leader, responsible for driving business growth through the effective management and execution of programs within the retail partner channel. This role requires an accomplished professional with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions, leveraging business insight to oversee complex initiatives and deliver measurable partner performance improvements. This position sits in Houston, TX reporting to the Director of Customer Engagement Analytics
- Partner Performance Management: Provide leadership in monitoring and achieving all partner-related key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional results
- Indirect Channel Marketing: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and incentives for the indirect channel, maintaining alignment with overall business objectives
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and implement the annual strategic plan for Partner Prepayment Programs, including tool development and periodic performance reviews
- Product Positioning Support: Partner with the RVP NIST to establish optimal matrix margins and collaborate with all RVPs to enhance the accuracy of rollover uplift forecasts
- Micro Customer Performance Analysis: Utilize business intelligence and data analytics to assess financial performance, deliver executive reports, and identify opportunities for loss mitigation and efficiency gains. Present actionable recommendations and drive implementation
- Thought Leadership: Guide the team in developing analytical approaches and methodologies to address complex business challenges
- Performance Forecasting: Produce accurate performance forecasts for brokers and micro customers from multiple data sources. Establish forecasting policies, implement system changes, and deliver timely reports to sales leadership
- Partner Tools and KPIs: Oversee the development of partner performance tools and key performance indicators for prepayment programs
- Risk Management: Proactively identify program risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery
- Market and Customer Insights: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform and refine program strategies
- Program Evaluation: Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, providing regular updates and strategic guidance to executive leadership
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing, product, sales, channel partners, and external collaborators
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams to drive project delivery within defined schedules and budgets
- Community Solar Program Management: Provide oversight and direction for the Community Solar program as coordinated through CSR
What You’ll Bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered
- A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in program management, customer engagement, partner management, or marketing within the retail sector
- You have extensive sales and channel management experience in channel management, or marketing
- You are knowledgeable in business and technical processes, with particular expertise in broker commission account practices
- You have strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively
- You are an influential leader, capable of inspiring teams, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision, and engaging senior business leaders
- You have excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, leveraging data to drive decision-making and deliver measurable business results
- You are an effective communicator, skilled at conveying complex or sensitive information clearly and managing relationships across all organizational levels
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy consisting of three (3) days in office, two (2) days remote
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range: $99,000 – $151,800 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
