What You Can Expect

As our  Director of Marketing Operations & Digital Engagement, you will be at the forefront of ENGIE Resources’ marketing transformation, shaping the future of how we engage customers and drive growth. In this role, you’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives, integrate cutting-edge marketing technologies, and optimize performance tracking to maximize the impact of our marketing investments. You will help build scalable capabilities that accelerate growth across both green and conventional power sales while positioning ENGIE as an industry leader in the evolving energy landscape. This Houston-based role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing

 

  • Accelerate Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify, launch, and scale new channels, products, renewable and energy efficiency offers, and co-marketing partnerships in collaboration with sales and operations
  • Champion Customer-Centric Marketing: Drive segmentation, customer journey mapping, brand positioning, and customer value proposition development to improve conversion and lifetime value
  • Build Scalable Marketing Operations: Oversee campaign planning, performance analytics, and process optimization to improve speed-to-market and ROI
  • Lead Digital Engagement Strategy: Own the vision and execution for digital and account-based marketing, integrating paid, earned, and owned channels to generate qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact
  • Optimize Marketing Technology & Data: Partner with IT to ensure MarTech platforms deliver accurate, actionable data and seamless integration with sales systems
  • Elevate Digital Experience: Direct content strategy, customer journey mapping, and digital engagement performance to strengthen brand leadership and drive customer conversion
  • Lead and Develop Talent: Inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, agility, and data-driven decision-making

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. In lieu of the stated educational requirement we will accept a combination years of hands-on progressive marketing experience, including proven expertise in B2B marketing
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience, with proven experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing strategy and leadership of teams
  • You have proven experience in channel marketing, customer segmentation, journey mapping, and digital demand generation / account-based marketing
  • You have led strategic marketing growth and new channel initiatives in a B2B environment, ideally within the energy sector
  • You are knowledgeable in brand strategy and management, with the ability to strengthen market positioning
  • You have strong analytical skills, MarTech expertise, and cross-functional leadership experience
  • You have experience influencing at the executive level and aligning marketing strategy with commercial priorities

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy, consisting of three (3) days in office and two (2) days working remotely
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $150,600 – $230,920 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
