What You Can Expect
Data is at the heart of ENGIE’s mission to provide its sustainable energy clients with superior insights for making strategic, actionable trading and dispatch decisions. Every day, the Terra Platform – our unified forecasting platform – forecasts hundreds of millions of individual data points on the electric grid using hybrid AI/physical models. These models directly feed into trading and risk management decisions across multiple asset-backed, algorithmic, and speculative trading teams.
To power this mission, you will serve as the bridge between the Terra team and end users, helping accelerate the adoption of Terra forecasts by building trust, clarity, and responsiveness in how forecasts are delivered and understood. You will thrive in this role if you are highly responsive, analytically rigorous, and an excellent communicator who enjoys teaching and working in fast-paced, trading-focused environments.
You will work in a dynamic and highly interactive environment, engaging daily with trading desks and collaborating closely with data scientists and the product team. You will play a key role in supporting real-time decision-making, translating complex model outputs into actionable insights, and helping drive adoption of and trust in Terra forecasts across the organization.
