What You Can Expect

As a Transaction Management Intern, you will support the Customer Lifecycle team in processing and monitoring utility transactions. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in utility transaction management and exposure to controls that ensure that processes are sound. This internship opportunity is based in Houston, TX, and spans three months, from September 2025 to December 2025. You will report to the Billing Resolutions Manager.

• Perform and report daily assessment of critical activities for Customer LifeCycle

• Perform monthly testing of process controls

• Collaborate with Process Improvement team to identify and implement process improvement

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Must be at least a college sophomore working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • You have effective communication skills and collaborate well in team environments

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy with a minimum of three (3) days working in office if you are based in Houston, TX
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

Compensation

Hourly Range:  $21.00 - $34.00 USD hourly

 

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
