What You Can Expect

As an IT Intern on the Application Support team, you will assist in the daily operations of supporting for Energy Trading IT Systems. This role is designed to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve user satisfaction by supporting critical trading applications and workflows. This can include routing production support requests, user security setup and auditing, documenting processes and troubleshooting user issues.

 

What You’ll Bring

Actively pursuing a degree in which you completed courses in Information Systems, Programming or Business Analysis, or Computer Science  

The ability to think analytically, present ideas professionally, and work in project teams.

 

Additional Details

The internship work term will be from January 2025 to May 2025, part-time work schedule working 20-40 hours per week

Eligible for a hybrid schedule consisting of in-office and remote work opportunities, subject to business needs
Interns must be enrolled students in good standing at the commencement of the intern semester
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
