What You Can Expect

As our Strategic Account Services Senior Analyst, you will support the management and day-to-day operations of our key account and strategic partner relationships. This role focuses on customer engagement, operational support, and performance tracking to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for key account customers and key channel partners. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in customer service, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making within the retail energy or broader energy sector. This position is based in Houston, TX and sits within the Customer Experience organization, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

 

 

  • Provide operational and analytical support to the Strategic Account Services Manager, ensuring strong customer relationships and service excellence
  • Serve as a key liaison for key account inquiries, offering timely resolutions and proactive support
  • Provide full front-end support in onboarding a new key accounts, working closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless process.
  • Assist in the management of key account communications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales strategies
  • Utilize Freshdesk or similar CRM platforms to track key account interactions, service requests, and issue resolution
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain organized records of key account interactions, performance metrics, and operational processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process efficiencies and improve overall key account engagement
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer relationships
  • Perform validation of key account contracts to ensure accuracy of account data, contractual details, and documentation

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, you have a combination of years of progressive, hands-on experience in the energy sector
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the retail energy or energy sector
  • You have a strong foundation in customer service and relationship management, with experience supporting partners or key accounts
  • You are knowledgeable in using Freshdesk or similar CRM tools to manage partner interactions, service requests, and issue resolution
  • You have the ability to track, analyze, and report on KPIs to drive partner satisfaction and improve business outcomes.
  • You are highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • You have excellent communication and problem‑solving skills and collaborate effectively within a dynamic sales organization and cross‑functional teams

Compensation

Salary Range: $69,500 – $106,490 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan and emergency or on-call pay.
