What You Can Expect
As our Compliance Senior Analyst, TPI Compliance, you will play a key role in coordinating compliance activities across the S&EM B2B Supply US organization. In this role, you will ensure that the US B2B Supply team aligns with global S&EM standards for Third-Party Integrator (TPI) management and adheres to all applicable federal, state, and utility commission regulations. You will work closely with Sales and Sales Support teams to facilitate the timely and compliant onboarding of new TPIs and conduct ongoing reviews and audits of the existing TPI network. Beyond your primary focus, you will also support broader Compliance Team initiatives as needed. This position is based in Houston, TX, reporting directly to the Compliance Advisor.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Sales Support, Credit, Finance and Operations regarding TPI compliance matters
- Maintain awareness of current and pending statutes, regulations, ordinances, and market rules relevant to a retail energy marketer and the company’s interests
- Document TPI compliance requirements in a centralized, accessible, and well-organized manner to facilitate internal compliance efforts
What You’ll Bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting in a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant, progressively advancing energy industry experience, or Broker/TPI related experience
- You are an expertise in use of Microsoft Office Suite
- You have the ability to communicate effectively internal and external stakeholders
- You are a collaborative and self-motivated professional who thrives in dynamic, deadline-driven environments while upholding the highest ethical standards
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn complex information quickly, synthesize insights, and communicate effectively across audiences
- You are knowledgeable in the retail energy business, including compliance and operations across multiple markets, and have experience engaging with regulatory and legislative developments
- You have a proven track record of analyzing, advising, and addressing TPI compliance matters through cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Legal, and Operations teams
- You are skilled in developing compliance documentation, conducting assessments and gap analyses, and ensuring adherence to internal data governance and regulatory requirements

- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy, three days a week
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range: $86,100 – $132,020 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
