What You Can Expect
As ENGIE North America undertakes one of its most significant digital transformation efforts within the Supply business unit, the Change Realization Advisor will play a critical role in ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes. This role is embedded within the IT Digital Supply team and supports the modernization and consolidation of several legacy systems into two streamlined, fit-for-purpose platforms. These changes will reshape the daily workflows of business users across the organization, making this position essential to guiding, educating, and supporting teams through that evolution.
Reporting directly to the Director of the PMO, you will be responsible for understanding legacy processes, translating new workflows into clear, user-friendly terms, and leading communication and training efforts. You will serve as a bridge between technical teams and business users, driving stakeholder engagement, developing impactful materials, and ensuring consistent end-user adoption. This is more than a communications role; it is a hands-on position focused on enabling change, building trust, and helping the business successfully navigate every phase of transformation.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and oversee the planning and execution of cross-functional change management initiatives within the IT Digital Supply team
- Develop and execute change management strategies including but not limited to communication strategies, stakeholder engagement and training programs
- Lead all change management related activities in an enthusiastic attitude to foster a positive transformation for all end users
- Identify and manage expectations of program stakeholders, ensuring their positive involvement and support throughout the change process
- Develop and execute impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments to identify change needs, risks, and mitigation strategies associated to transformative programs
- Create training artifacts such as how-to guides, Demo videos, and presentations that will support end users in the adoption of new technology
- Develop and execute on clear, concise communication and status reporting of change initiatives
- Collaborate with key PMO resources, program managers, product managers, product owners to ensure alignment and integration of change management as part of the project management activities
- Drive end user adoption, advocacy, education and satisfaction by understanding user needs and translating program impacts into simple, concise and comprehensive communications
- Assemble a toolkit that leaders can leverage for communication, collaboration, and commitment when driving a transformation, innovation, or improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Organizational development, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience leading change management initiatives, including large-scale and project based efforts
- Experience in working with all levels of leadership and subject matter experts, including the C-Suite, to drive organizational change initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, highly competent presenter, able to gain credibility, engender trust and influence all levels, strong partnering skills, adaptability
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to set a vision, lead change and mentor and coach others for growth and development
- Possess skills in negotiating, influencing, project management and consulting
- Experience in Azure DevOps, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other collaboration platforms to support change management planning, documentation, and communication activities

Compensation
Salary Range: $113,900 – $189,800 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
