European Maintenance Support, part of the ENGIE Group, executes specialized maintenance activities in different power plants in Belgium and Europe (mostly The Netherlands and France).
We are currently looking for a Global Maintenance Engineer Graduate (M/F/X) to join a team of 20 electrical engineers and techniciens.

- A permanent position starting with a 24-month rotation program comprising : two 9-month assignments within the European perimeter and one 6month mission outside Europe.

YOUR PROFILE as Global Maintenance Engineering Graduate
- Master degree in electrical or electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience (internships / apprenticeships).
- Full mobility within Europe (and occasionally beyond), with a valid European driving license.
- Strong understanding of and a genuine interest in classical electrical power systems, including transformers, breakers, protection systems, and more.
- Passion for optimizing electrical equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.
- Rigorous, flexible, perseverant, motivated and a natural problem solver.
- Action oriented mindset, even in unexpected circumstances.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
