For our Global Energy Management and Sales business unit in Brussels, we are looking for an Transversal teamlead Namur-Ghent within our customer service department (Business-to-Business).


Your challenge as Transversal Teamlead Namur - Ghent:

As the Transversal Team Lead for Customer Services, you will play a key role in managing change within the energy transition. You will collaborate closely with the customer service team in Brussels, guide and inspire teams in Namur and Gent to navigate in the evolving landscape of the energy sector.

Your leadership will ensure a smooth transition for both customer and team members while maintaining ouir operational excellence and service level towards our customer.


Your key responsabilties :

• You have final responsibility for all activities of the regional B2B customer service teams in Ghent and Namur.

• You coordinate and control the activities of the regional customer service B2B teams to optimize and digitize our services to the customers

• You are responsible for the financial and operational objectives. You define and align the objectives for your teams in Namur and Ghent in line with the mission and vision of our Business Platform Supply B2B.

• You closely monitor the KPIs and communicate them clearly to the operational teams and management. Where necessary, you initiate the correct corrective actions, priorities across the various teams within Customer Service.

• You define service levels and quality standards, follow them closely and adjust where necessary.

• You coordinate the cooperation with the sales teams and IT teams, but also with other stakeholders (legal, pricing, ...) in the context of your daily operational activities, but also in the context of projects and new developments.

• You launch and coordinate new developments and projects across the various teams in collaboration with your stakeholders.



Your profile :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• You already have a proven people management experience in an operational environment

• You have a good knowledge of the Belgian energy markets

• You are “customer oriented”

• You are result-oriented, have analytical skills and a deep understanding of the energy inductry.

• You have analytical skills in which you strive for efficiency and accuracy.

• Fluent in French and Dutch, English is a plus
