Corporate Security Coordinator

We are looking for a professional with strategic vision, strong technical expertise, and genuine leadership skills. Someone who can connect operations, technology, and people around a robust and integrated security culture.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate the physical protection of energy assets, including wind farms, solar plants, hydroelectric facilities, substations, and offices, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local risk contexts.
• Develop and maintain regular physical risk and vulnerability assessments, preparing mitigation plans prioritized according to criticality and business impact.
• Coordinate the response to security incidents, ensuring proper containment, preservation of evidence, and structured reporting to the Head of Security Brazil.
• Lead electronic security projects, including CCTV, access control, perimeter security systems, and intelligent security solutions, defining technical requirements and standards.
• Manage private security service providers, overseeing contracts, SLAs, audits, and continuous improvement plans focused on compliance and performance.
• Provide technical support to other ENGIE entities in Brazil regarding risk assessments and physical protection recommendations, strengthening the One Security / One ENGIE model.
• Manage and develop the Physical Security Analyst team, promoting technical capability building and strategic alignment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Security, Engineering, Business Administration, Military Sciences, Law, or related fields.
• Proven experience in the physical protection of critical infrastructure, with strong expertise in vulnerability assessments and risk management based on ISO 31000.
• Leadership experience managing teams and private security providers.
• Experience in developing and monitoring security KPIs, incident response processes, and operational maturity programs.
• Ability to interface with public authorities and law enforcement agencies in incident and investigation contexts.
• Multidisciplinary knowledge applied to security, with exposure to compliance, ESG, legal, and corporate risk management topics.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Corporate Security, Intelligence, or Business Strategy is considered a plus.
• Intermediate English is desirable.
