Administrative Assistant III

In this role, you will be an essential part of the Security department. You will ensure that contracts, vendors, systems, and people are always well-coordinated. Your work will have a direct impact on the safety and security of our operations and our people.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the control and monitoring of Security department contracts, including security services, technology providers, and consulting firms, ensuring compliance with current contractual terms.
- Create and track purchase requisitions, monitoring deadlines, documentation, and status with the Procurement, Legal, and Finance departments.
- Consolidate operational and administrative data to support decision-making, management reporting, and performance indicators.
- Support the administrative management of security systems and equipment, such as access control and CCTV systems, monitoring maintenance activities and implementations.
- Assist in organizing and executing security awareness campaigns, contributing to the promotion of a prevention-oriented culture.
- Support activities related to personnel protection, corporate travel, and visitor reception, coordinating security briefings and guidance.
- Monitor the department’s budget execution, organizing financial information and supporting the preparation of executive presentations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma completed.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative procedures, integrated management systems, and customer service techniques.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and email.
- Intermediate knowledge of contract management and procurement process monitoring.
- Organized and communicative profile, with strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Technical or higher education degree in Administration or other Applied Social Sciences fields is considered a plus.
- Basic or intermediate English is an advantage but not mandatory.
