Project and Business Development Engineer III

In this position, you will be at the heart of transmission project development. You will combine technical expertise with management capabilities, leading contractors and coordinating solutions that enable high-impact infrastructure projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize technical solutions for substations, including siting, layout, foundations, and structural designs.
• Define technical requirements for the procurement of supplies and services complementary to main contracts.
• Manage stakeholders, including contractors, regulatory agencies, and utility companies.
• Identify and assess engineering risks and propose effective mitigation plans.
• Develop electrical studies and technical reports for ANEEL and ONS.
• Critically review and assess the planning of project development and implementation phases.
• Contribute to engineering procedures aligned with national and international standards, as well as industry best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or another Engineering discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of power transmission substations.
• Experience with equipment such as transformers, compensators, and converter stations, as well as Protection, Control, and Supervisory Systems (PCSS).
• Ability to read and interpret auction documents, basic designs, and detailed engineering designs.
• Ability to prepare and evaluate technical specifications and commercial proposals.
• Dynamic, solution-oriented profile with the ability to directly manage contractors.
• Intermediate English proficiency required for reading standards and technical documentation.
